Accommodation Options Available for the Conference

1. Accommodations at IIT Roorkee Campus

Limited furnished accommodations are available in IIT Roorkee student hostel rooms (shared bathroom/toilet) on payment basis. Please note that male and female wings are separate. In order to request your accommodation at the campus, kindly fill this Google form (https://forms.gle/J7MvL1nnwkkdYmQJ9).

Please note that the above-mentioned campus accommodations are only limited in number and available on a first come first serve basis. We will try to allocate a single room (with a single bed) to each participant. However, in case of large request, Students/Research Scholar/Postdoc may be given shared accommodation (two single beds in a room).

Once the received request reaches the maximum availability, this option will be closed and the Google form will be inaccessible.

The deadline to submit this form is 11 February 2025 (Tuesday) at 11:59 pm.

Check-in: 03 March 2025 at 12 pm
Check-out: 08 March 2025 at 12 pm

The tariff is ₹ 350 (including tax) per person per night. The delegate will get a receipt after the full payment for the requested duration of the stay at the IIT Roorkee hostel.

2. Accommodation at Hotels in Roorkee and Haridwar

Delegates attending the conference seeking hotel accommodation can refer to the below listed Hotels. All budget categories have been included in the list. Reservations are now open via our booking platform and will be subject to room availability. We strongly recommend that you secure your preferred accommodation before 15 February 2025 post that tariffs are subject to change. March is the wedding month and on-arrival hotel booking may not be available.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast and taxes only and per room per night basis.
  2. Room rates of Hotel Center Point, Royal Palace, Hotel Prakash & Hotel Krish Residency are without breakfast.
  3. The above-mentioned taxes are subject to change as per Government of India’s rules and regulations
  4. Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
  5. The check in time 14:00 hrs and the check out time is 11 am.
  6. Advance payment required to initiate the booking- Non-Refundable.
  7. Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food and beverages bills, in room service, spa, salon, laundry and use on mini bar to be paid directly to hotel.
  8. Rooms are subject to availability.
  9. Free shuttle service (during 4-7 March 2025) is only available from the above hotels (distance more than 2 km) to IIT Roorkee conference venue.
  10. You need to arrange your own travel arrangement to reach the hotel from the airport/railway station/bus station.

Please note that there are a lot of other budget hotels around IIT Roorkee (within 1 km). You can also book those hotels using other online platforms.

NOTE: Participants booking accommodation through other online platforms are requested to share the booking details (with date of arrival & departure) with us at projects@alpcord.com if your hotel (listed above) is far from IIT Roorkee campus and need free shuttle service to IIT Roorkee conference venue during 4-7 March 2025.
