1. The author must have presented the work (Oral / Poster) in the conference.

2. Although NOT mandatory, authors whose abstracts are accepted and who have registered, may consider preparing and submitting a full length paper (Manuscript). This optional contribution (full length manuscript) will be considered for publication in an Peer reviewed conference proceedings (Springer) following standard procedure. Please note that the option to submit a full length contribution will only be extended to authors who will present (oral/ poster) at the offline conference.

4. The last date for the submission of revised manuscript is 31 December 2025. 

The language of the papers will be English. The authors are advised to comply with the important dates for the schedule of abstract submission and registration process. The peer-reviewed papers will be published in special editions by Springer.

Conferences welcome original paper submissions, aligned with the conference theme, for oral or poster presentations. Topics under the theme include but do not remain confined to:
